1. What types of training programs do you offer?
I offer 1:1 in-person personal training, online coaching, and my signature 16-Week Lean & Strong Program. Each program is customized to help women build muscle, lose body fat, and feel confident in their bodies.
2. Who are your programs for?
I work with women of all fitness levels — whether you're brand new to the gym or looking to level up your training. Most of my clients are busy women aged 20–50 who want to improve their strength, lose weight sustainably, and feel their best.
3. What equipment do I need for online coaching?
A gym membership is ideal for full programming, but I can also create effective home workouts with dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight if needed.
4. Do I need to be experienced in lifting weights to join?
Not at all! I specialize in teaching proper form and technique. Many of my clients are beginners or have taken long breaks from the gym — I’ll meet you where you're at.
5. What’s included in the 16-Week Lean & Strong Program?
It includes 4 progressive training phases, weekly workouts, optional cardio and steps guidance, monthly check-ins, nutrition support, and habit tracking to help you get leaner and stronger — sustainably.
6. How does online coaching work?
You’ll receive your workouts through an app, complete with video demos, tracking tools, and messaging access to me. We check in regularly to assess progress, update your plan, and keep you accountable.
7. Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes. I provide custom macros, nutrition education, and habit-based coaching to help you fuel your body properly. I also offer nutrition consults through Glamroom Clinic if you're looking for a deeper dive.
8. What results can I expect and how long will it take?
Results vary by person, but most clients begin noticing strength gains, improved energy, and changes in body composition within 4–8 weeks. I focus on long-term, lasting results — not quick fixes.
