meet Olivia

My journey began as an athlete throughout my upbringing, but it wasn't until I retired from gymnastics at 18 that I truly grasped the profound impact that sports and physical activity had on my well-being. The abrupt shift from rigorous training to inactivity and poor dietary choices took a toll on my body and self-esteem.

This led me down a turbulent path of yo-yo dieting and erratic exercise routines. I'd start each week with an extreme, unbalanced diet and excessive workouts, only to end up breaking from the restrictive diet and binge eating. This cycle left me overwhelmed with guilt, convinced I was failing, and perpetually restarting the process.

From burnt-out and exhausted to vibrant and radiantly healthy.

my story

In hindsight, this was a toxic and enduring pattern that harmed my relationship with food, exercise, and self-image. Breaking free from it took time and conscious effort, ultimately resulting in a healthier and sustainable approach to well-being.

This transformative experience ignited my passion for helping women cultivate a holistic and sustainable approach to fitness. Over the past 6 years, I've had the privilege of guiding women from various walks of life and age groups, helping them transform into empowered, more confident, and healthier individuals.

I kept trying to lose weight through strict diets and intense workouts, but it only led to a cycle of burnout, frustration, and zero lasting results.

2016

ALL OF NOTHING APPROACH

After graduating high school, I left behind competitive gymnastics and started university — two major life changes that completely shifted my routine. I began gaining weight for the first time and started feeling self-conscious in my body and struggled to feel like myself.

2015

THE TRIGGER 

After graduating with my Kinesiology degree, I knew I wanted to help women feel confident in their own skin. So, I pursued my Personal Training Certification to make that goal a reality.

2019/2020

getting certified

 shifted my mindset, educated myself, and embraced a more balanced, sustainable approach. For the first time, I was training consistently, nourishing my body, and starting to feel like myself again.

2017

BREAKING THE CYCLE

Decided to leave my corporate job to pursue training full-time, launched my business "Strongbyliv," and began building a community of strong, empowered women.

2023

starting a business

Started working part-time at a gym alongside my full-time corporate job, specializing in training women and leading group classes.
